DistributED: Bad Bosses, Part 1

At the end of 2023, regular contributors to the DistributED with tED magazine podcast Desiree Grace and Andrea Olson discussed the leadership qualities needed for success.

That led to some conversations about some of the poor leadership behaviors that we have encountered in our careers, so we decided to create a new podcast called “Bad Bosses”. But instead of just complaining, Desiree and Andrea provided some best practices for how to manage “Bad Bosses” and continue on a path toward success.

In this first of a two-part series, we discuss bosses who take all the credit, who play the “internal politics game,” and the moody boss where you never know what to expect at any moment.
