On May 19-21, Dakota Supply Group invited every employee from 8 states, and their “plus-1” to the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center to celebrate the company’s 125th anniversary and for an in-person ESOP meeting. More than 1,500 people attended from the 8 states where DSG has branches.
Some of those attendees had never been on an airplane before.
DSG’s President and CEO Paul Kennedy and Chief Human Resources Officer Melissa Lunak took a few minutes out of the busy weekend to talk about the event, what it means for the employees, and what it means for the company’s culture.
