Maleeha Alvi is a Solutions Business Development Architect with Schneider Electric along with being a 2023 tED magazine “30 Under 35” award winner.
Alvi is extremely passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and recently served on a panel to discuss DEI at the NAED LEAD Conference.
On the “DistributED with tED magazine” podcast, Alvi talked about being one of the very few women engineers in the workplace, how that has impacted her career, and what we can do to encourage more women to join the engineering field. Alvi also talked about her experiences at the NAED LEAD Conference and the leadership skills she hopes for throughout her career.
