Andrea Olson, a customer-centricity expert and CEO of Pragmadik, recently published a blog on LinkedIn titled, “Why We Need To Redefine Employee Engagement”. In the blog, Olson points out four mindset shifts that are needed in order to maintain engagement. In short, Olson writes that the way we engage our employees in their careers has changed dramatically.
