On Wednesday, May 18, NAED’s President and CEO Tom Naber announced during the association’s National Meeting that IDEA had acquired DATAgility.
The combination of the two leading data entities is described as “the biggest acquisition of the year”.
IDEA’s president & CEO David Oldfather and DATAgility’s CEO Denise Keating sat down at the conference to talk about how the merger will lead to an even stronger Harmonized Data Model and how the deal is part of IDEA’s overall strategy for the future.
