Andrea Olson, customer-centricity expert and regular contributor on the “DistributED with tED magazine” podcast, has a new book out today titled, “What To Ask: How To Learn What Customers Need But Don’t Tell You.”
Olson joined the podcast to talk about why she released the book now, how to understand customers as people with changing opinions, and why sometimes what they say isn’t necessarily how they feel about your business.
