RALEIGH, N.C. — Electrical Equipment Co. (EECO) has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of the Lynchburg, Virginia based business of Eck Supply (Eck Lynchburg). Eck Lynchburg is a Rockwell Automation distributor serving an adjacent geography to EECO in Virginia.

The ownership transition to EECO is scheduled to be completed by late-June 2015. The location at 208 Graves Mill Rd, Lynchburg, VA will operate as part of EECO’s expanded Virginia region serving industrial and commercial customers.
