F.D. Lawrence Wins Cincinnati Top Workplace Award

CINCINNATI, Ohio — The F.D. Lawrence Electric Company has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Enquirer, marking the 7th consecutive year that F.D. Lawrence has earned this recognition. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

I’m humbled that for seven years in a row, our employees have ranked the F.D. Lawrence Electric Company as a Top Workplace,” said Dennis (“Tink”) O’Leary, CEO. “At a time when traditional business models have been turned upside down – The F.D. Lawrence team continues to provide exceptional service and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. This award is a direct reflection of our team’s support and dedication to our customers and to each other.”

“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome (to) rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”
