TEWKSBURY, Mass. — Flynn & Reynolds Agency, Inc., a manufacturer’s representative serving the New England market for over 40 years, has announced the acquisition of Mills Talbot Company, another long-standing NEMRA Agent serving the Upstate New York market since 1947. Mills Talbot will continue to operate under its current name and sales team, with Gregg Adams and Tom Talbot working with Ed Scannapieco, Flynn & Reynolds’ Vice President of Sales Operations, to oversee the integration and resource investment for future growth and line expansion.

To that end, Flynn & Reynolds would like to announce the addition of Mr. Dan Sciulli to the Mills Talbot team as Vice President of Sales for the upstate market. Sciulli brings a wealth of customer and market knowledge to the role with over 12+ years as an integral member of the Eaton sales team serving the same customer base as Mills Talbot.
