F&M Electrical Supply Company, which has served contractors, builders, commercial and industrial institutions, and government facilities for more than 30 years, has announced that it has acquired Master Electric Supply.
The move, which is the first-ever acquisition for F&M Electrical Supply, will allow the company to move into the Bridgeport, Connecticut market. In fact, the F&M website now prominently displays that its Bridgeport office is now open.
F&M is owned by Fil Cerminara, who is also a member of the NAED Eastern Region Council and a former member of the NAED Board of Directors. According to Angel Commercial, who brokered the deal, it took three months to complete, and both sides were pleasant and agreeable with the terms and situation.
