NAED is sad to announce the Passing of Mr. John McBride, formerly of the Don Blackburn Electrical Supply Company based in Michigan. John served on the Advocacy Committee and in 2010, was the NAED Central Region VP (when NAED had four regions), and was awarded the NAED Honorary Lifetime Award.
John passed away in Bonita Springs, Florida, February 10, 2018. Born May 16,1946. John is survived by his parents, Joyce and Ken, wife, Marsha, daughter Gina (Mark), John (Cheri), step-son Matthew Shireman. Grandchildren, Andrew, Brandon, Gavin, and Laila. Step-grandchildren, Derrek, Chelsea and Sydney. Also survived by former spouse Donna Behma.
Memorial service to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors Foundation or Salvation Army.
