ST. LOUIS, Mo. — French Gerleman was honored this week to be named a recipient of a 2020 Value Award from Belden, a global leader in end-to-end networking, connectivity, and security solutions across industrial and enterprise markets. French Gerleman is one of just six recipients of the 2020 Belden Value Awards in the Americas region (North America, Latin America, and Canada).
In appreciation for the important role distributors play in connecting Belden solutions with the end users who need them, the Belden Value awards are designed to recognize outstanding performance, dedication, and creativity among distributor partners. Each award corresponds to a different company value. The award French Gerleman received is the We Invest in Talent award. It recognizes the company’s ability to attract and retain great talent, actively develop all associates, and provide upward career mobility by promoting from within.

This is the inaugural year of the Belden Value Awards. To qualify, distributors were nominated by Belden Channel Managers and later reviewed and approved by the Belden Partner Committee.
