Exeter, PA – Friedman Electric presented a check for $10,000 to St. Joseph’s Center, Scranton, a hole in one for St. Joe’s! With this donation, staff at St. Joseph’s will be able help individuals and families who have special needs and to continue the care of these ever changing needs.
Friedman Electric hosted over 200 guests at their “Friedman Classic” golf tournament, held June 6th at Blue Ridge Trail, Mountaintop, PA. The 200 guests included Friedman employees, customers and vendors. “It was a great feeling to have such an overwhelming response to the tournament, we were happy to fill the course with such a charitable group,” stated Rich Potero, President.
The guests took to the greens early afternoon and ended with a dinner celebration and silent auction, benefiting St. Joseph’s Center. The silent auction featured items such as US open tickets, Electrical products and tools, along with donations from local organizations, all auctioned to help raise money for St. Joseph’s.
“Along with our customers, vendors and employees hosting the Friedman Classic was a great way to help St. Joseph’s Center,” said Rich Potero, President.
