Fromm Electric Supply today announces organizational changes in three roles:
Lou Fromm will assume the role of Vice President of Business Development. Lou’s focus in this position will be to identify new business opportunities and collaborate with account managers to increase market share with existing and prospective customers. In 18 years with Fromm, Lou has held the positions of Branch Manager, Director of Residential Construction Sales and VP of Marketing.
Nancy Kershner has been appointed as Sales and Marketing Operations Manager. In this new role, Nancy will support the sales management team and oversee marketing initiatives. Working closely with account managers, she will coordinate sales training, CRM administration and vendor joint marketing activities. In 6 years with Fromm, Nancy has served as Director, Customer Satisfaction and Branch Manager of Fromm’s Reading location.
Dennis Matheson has been named Branch Operations Manager. Dennis will lead process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency and customer service across Fromm’s branch network. He will participate in vendor decisions and new product introductions, and work closely with branch managers to provide training for associates. In 10 years at Fromm, Dennis has held the positions of Counter Associate, Inside Sales, and Branch Manager of Fromm’s Pottstown location.
