ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Graybar, a leading distributor of electrical, industrial, automation and connectivity products and provider of related supply chain management and logistics services, announced today that it has successfully completed its acquisition of Oklahoma-based Broken Arrow Electric Supply (BAES).
The completion of this transaction follows the initial announcement made on March 9, 2026. With the closing of this deal, BAES is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Graybar.
BAES President David Edkins and his team are focused on ensuring a seamless transition for customers by continuing to prioritize local relationships and delivering outstanding service. As a subsidiary of Graybar, the company will continue to operate under the Broken Arrow Electric Supply name with the same products, solutions, and services customers know and trust.
