ST. LOUIS – Graybar, a leading distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products and provider of related supply chain management and logistics services, was recently named to the Top Workplaces list by The Oregonian.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

In March, Graybar was named a Top Workplace by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution for the fifth consecutive year. In May, Forbes named Graybar one of “America’s Best Large Employers.” In June, Graybar was named a Top Workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and Bay Area Newsgroup.
