ST. LOUIS, June 12, 2014 – Graybar, a leading distributor of electrical and communications products and related supply chain management and logistics services, has appointed Jeff Netherton as Vice President, Product Management and Garry Acker as Vice President, Business Development, effective July 1, 2014.
Jeff Netherton
Netherton currently serves as Director, Corporate Real Estate, a position he has held since 2010. Since joining Graybar 22 years ago, he has advanced through a diverse series of roles, including branch management, strategic planning, strategic accounts and field operations. Netherton has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Missouri State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. As Vice President, Product Management, he will be responsible for collaborating with Graybar’s suppliers to drive profitable growth.
Garry Acker
Acker currently serves as Vice President, Product Management, a position he has held since 2012. He joined Graybar in 1980 and has successfully worked in sales, marketing, branch management and strategic accounts. As Vice President, Business Development, Acker will focus on strategically growing Graybar’s business with one of the company’s largest suppliers, Schneider Electric.
