LOUIS, MO. – Graybar, a leading distributor of electrical, industrial, automation and connectivity products and provider of related supply chain management and logistics services, has been named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award for Great Employers in the Leadership Development category. Graybar was recognized for its variety of leadership programs that focus on developing employees at all levels of the organization, from entry level to executives.
As an employee-owned company, Graybar has a long tradition of investing in its employees and creating opportunities for them to build successful careers with the company. Its innovative approach to employee development extends beyond classroom and self-paced learning to include AI-powered chatbots, job resource guides, and a host of new programs that strengthen the skills of current leaders, while preparing future leaders for advancement.
For example, last year Graybar launched a new executive leadership development program in collaboration with the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. The first cohort of leaders completed the program earlier this year.
