Graybar is opening a branch in Joplin, Mo.
The new branch, located at 1705 S. Main Street, will open its doors on Jan. 30. The branch will serve Newton and Jasper Counties and the cities of Joplin, Webb City, Carthage, Neosho and Carl Junction.
The facility will be staffed with three full-time employees with area manager Stephen Wallace leading branch operations.
Graybar had been serving Joplin area customers through its Springfield, Mo. branch. The Joplin branch will bring a local sales staff and inventory to the area. It will be further supported by the operations and inventory in Springfield, for all electrical, telecommunications and security product needs.
“We’ve been serving the Joplin area out of our Springfield locations for some time and are excited to bring a higher level of service to our customers with this new branch,” said Graybar’s St. Louis District Vice President Mike Dumas.
