GUELPH, Ontario – Andreas Sobotta has joined Hammond Manufacturing Company as Vice President of North American Sales & Marketing. With Sobotta on board, the company aims to “further develop our sales and marketing programs, and create more synergies between our Canadian and U.S.A. groups”; adding that it is focusing on “significant long-term growth” in both Canada and the United States.

Sobotta has held senior roles in the electrical/controls worlds for many years. Most recently he held the role of National Sales Manager with Davis Controls; and has held Canadian based roles as Vice President of Marketing with Festo, Business Unit Manager with Siemens and General Manager/Director of Sales and Marketing at Phoenix Contact.
