Hammond Power Solutions Declares Quarterly Dividend

GUELPH, Ontario — The Board of Directors of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS”) (HPS.A) declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class B Common Share of HPS payable on March 26, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 19, 2015. The ex-dividend date is March 17, 2015.
