SHELTON, Conn. — The Board of Directors of Hubbell Incorporated announces the election of Bonnie C. Lind as a Director of the Company, effective January 1, 2019.
Lind currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Neenah, Inc., an international producer of industrial specialty materials for a variety of end markets. She assumed that role in 2004 after the company was spun out of Kimberly-Clark Corporation.
Hubbell’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, David G. Nord, said: “Bonnie is a proven leader who brings financial expertise and public company board experience to the table, and we are very pleased to welcome her to our Board.” He further noted that Lind’s public company finance skills include successful acquisition and disposition experience and that she “has a proven track record of driving financial discipline and strategy. We look forward to her future insights and contributions.”
Prior to Neenah, Inc.’s spin-off from Kimberly Clark, Lind served in various financial and strategic roles, including acting as assistant treasurer and managing Kimberly-Clark’s Fiber Division. She received her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.
