ARLINGTON, Vir.— IDEA has announced the promotion of Aneesha Mehra Darst to Vice President of Finance & Administration. Darst joined IDEA in May 2017, serving as Director of Finance & Administration. She has an extensive 18-year background in the finance and accounting industry. Darst is highly skilled at providing strategic guidance around finances and organizational development to support company growth. “Aneesha has been an instrumental part of the IDEA team. Her years of experience and dedication to IDEA speaks volumes for why she is fit for this position,” said Paul Molitor, President & CEO of IDEA.
As Vice President, Darst will direct all aspects of accounting operations and human resources, developing and maintaining necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting. She will continue to work closely with the President & CEO as well as the Board of Directors to work on budgets, revenue estimates, financial performance, and staffing.
