Milwaukee, Wisconsin – IEWC announced the recent promotion of Joseph Crum to Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the selection of Michelle Osman for Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Joseph Crum, who served as IEWC’s Marketing Director since 2012, will begin his appointment as CIO on March 9, 2015. Working with IEWC’s Technology and Enterprise Solutions professionals he will be tasked with ensuring IEWC is a leader in the use of technology to serve all IEWC stakeholders, with a heavy focus on the company’s customers.
During his tenure at IEWC, Joe has effectively led the charge in implementing new product introduction processes, establishing business analytics, introducing product and market vertical planning in addition to leading efforts to strengthen IEWC’s website and CRM platforms.
Joe attended the University of Iowa and received his BA degree in Marketing in 1996. In addition, he has also attended executive education courses at both Harvard Business School and the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Michelle Osman joins IEWC on March 23, 2015 as the newly appointed CHRO and has been tasked with leading a strong Human Resources team and continuing to create an environment where building a team of self-motivated, passionate and engaged employees is a central part of the company’s on-going vision.
A graduate of Colorado Technical University, Michelle has previously worked in the Human Resources field at RF Technologies, Quad Graphics and Clifton Gunderson. While well-rounded in many aspects of HR, Michelle’s focus is in the area of talent management.
