IMARK Group’s shareholders are the members of four industry-leading cooperatives — IMARK Electrical, IMARK Plumbing, Luxury Products Group, and BLUE HAWK. All four cooperatives reported increases in gross revenue and net income in the first three months on a YOY basis. Each vertical passed along the additional net income to its member-owners in their Q1 patronage dividends.
