IMARK Group Appoints New Executive Vice President

The IMARK Group has appointed William Ward as Executive Vice President

Ward joined the IMARK team in November and is responsible for the development of strategic planning to drive vertical synergies, category management, program development, and group service/solutions.

Ward has more than 35 years of experience in the Industrial MRO, Safety, and Construction industries having served in sales, marketing, business development, operational, and executive roles. He has served on several advisory boards and Boards of Directors within the cooperative groups and industry channels. Prior he held executive roles with Evergreen Supply Network, Forward Collective LLC, and JPW Industries.

Ward will focus on leading organic growth, vertical expansion, and enhancing process excellence across the organization. “I’m honored to be joining IMARK at this exciting time for the company,” said Ward. “I look forward to working closely with all our verticals to help maximize IMARK’s value proposition for the future.”

Ward resides in Dallas, Texas, studied at the University of South Carolina, and both Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western University and The Owen Business School at Vanderbilt University in their Executive Management Program.
