Independent Electric Supply, a Sonepar USA company, announced that David Jones, currently the Vice President of Sales for
IES, will become Interim President of Independent Electric Supply, effective immediately. Doug
Walo, the former President of IES, has decided to pursue opportunities outside of Sonepar
USA.
During his time at IES, Jones has demonstrated a strong background in leadership and sales
growth within the organization's branch network.
Jon Mitchell, Sonepar USA West Regional President, says, “We look forward to working with
David and know he will continue to cultivate the great culture and growth strategy that we
currently have in place here at IES. David has the full support of the IES Executive Team, as
