This month’s installment of our “Instant Message” series is presented in video format. I had the pleasure of sitting down with IMARK Group president and CEO Bob Smith and he discussed his views on leadership, how he learns from his passion for history and where he sees the industry going in the coming years. Bob also shares a funny story about the strangest job interview he’s ever been a part of. Watch the video below to hear the answers and insight straight from Bob himself.
