CARLSBAD, Calif. — Interior Specialists, Inc. (ISI) announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of the HD Supply Interior Solutions business unit (HDIS), formerly known as Creative Touch Interiors, from HD Supply, Inc.
The joint business is a provider of outsourced design center services to national and regional homebuilders, with a footprint of 165 locations across the nation’s largest and fastest growing housing markets.
