Jackson, MS — Irby, a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, held the ribbon cutting of its new facility on Friday, October 25 at noon. The new facility is located at 1875 Polk Street, Chattanooga, TN. The grand opening featured a football theme where “Team Irby” recognized its MVPs, their customers, for all their support to its Commercial, Contractor, Industrial and Utility business. With over 30 top vendors on hand, 250 customers had the opportunity to learn the latest on new industry products, enjoy tailgating food favorites and register for awesome door prizes including a 55″ Sony TV with surround sound.
“Building a new facility shows our commitment to the Chattanooga market and our valued customers,” said Mike Wigton, President of Irby. “We are excited about our move and invite you to stop by and take a tour.” The new location combines the two existing Commercial/Contractor and Utility locations under one roof.
