J.H. Larson Announces Retirement of Vice President

J.H. Larson Company announces the retirement of its Vice President of Sales and Operations, Lisa Fox, after 36 years of service to the industry.

Fox’s career in the industry started like many have, working in the warehouse and learning about the products. She started as a Management Trainee with Graybar, then progressed to Sales Manager for the Government Segment. Fox came to J.H. Larson in August of 2011 as the Corporate Sales Manager. She quickly moved from Sales Manager to her current role as Vice President of Sales and Operations and a board of directors member.

As a well-respected industry veteran, Fox has built strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. Her commitment to exceptional customer service has created a culture of trust and collaboration which has left an indelible mark on the company. “I truly enjoy coming to work every day and interacting with fellow employees, manufacturers, and customers. I will miss all the people I have got to know over the years,” said Fox.

Fox’s accomplishments are looked up to by many in the industry. She has been a prominent member of national and regional advisory committees including most recently the AD Electrical Board and North Central Electrical League (NCEL) Board of Directors. She is also proud of being one of the first women in the industry to lead a large independent distributorship. “Lisa’s steady guidance, strategic vision for growth, and emphasis on strong relationships both inside and outside of the organization over the past 12 years have been pivotal in the success we’ve had in our market over her tenure,” said Luke Pahl, President of J.H. Larson Company.

“This is a great industry to work in and I am proud to have been a part of it for so many years. Thank you to all who have been on this journey with me,” said Fox.

Fox will be missed by all who have worked with her over the past 36 years. J.H. Larson wishes her the best in retirement. She will always be a part of the J.H. Larson family.

Fox’s last day will be September 29, 2023.
