J.H. Larson Company Announces Leadership Changes

PLYMOUTH, Minn. — J.H. Larson Company is pleased to announce several changes in the leadership team at the corporate office. After 25 years with the company, Ed Chesen, General Manager, will be retiring at the end of March next year. Stepping into the role of General Manager will be Lisa Fox, the current Director of Sales and Marketing. “Lisa has many years of experience in our industry,” said Greg Pahl, President and Chief Executive Officer. “She is passionate, strives to further her education in the industry and has vast product knowledge. Lisa will continue to strengthen our company and lead J.H. Larson into the future.”

Additionally, J.H. Larson would like to announce the promotion of Brad Schwartz from Hudson, Wisconsin Branch Manager to the newly-created position of Corporate Operations Manager. Schwartz will be responsible for all business operations. “Brad’s position reflects J.H. Larson’s determination to create a truly customer-centric driven organization by aligning corporate operations with the needs of our customers,” said Pahl.

Also joining the new leadership team in 2017 is Gregg Miller, who will assume the role of Corporate Sales Manager. Miller is the current Branch Manager of the Plymouth, Minnesota branch. He will lead all Branch Managers and Sales Representatives to identify new business opportunities and increase market share. Miller brings a wealth of industry knowledge with more than 18 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles.

“These organizational changes will bring new talented individuals into roles that will help grow our business and continue to efficiently meet customer needs today and into the future,” said Pahl.

J.H. Larson Company is family owned and has been a major supplier of electrical, plumbing and HVAC products and services to the upper Midwest market since 1931. The company operates nine locations throughout Minnesota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
