K/E Electric Supply Is Scrappin’ for a Cause

How far would you run for fresh water?  Ryan Kuchenmeister is going to answer that question for himself on October 19th, 2014 as a participant in the Detroit Free Press Marathon.  Ryan is running for the World Vision organization, which provides clean water, food, healthcare, and education to children less fortunate than ourselves.  This marathon is Ryan’s first ever marathon and he would like to raise $1,000 for every mile for a goal of $26,200.00.

In support of Ryan’s effort, K/E Electric Supply is once again, “Scrappin’ for a Cause.”  Bins are placed out in the counter areas to accept scrap wire.  If you would like to provide a donation, you may send a check made out to, “K/E Electric Supply,” to any of the four branches with a note, “Scrappin’ for a Cause.”  A donation by credit card is also accepted by using the link listed below along with updates to Ryan’s training and fundraising progress.  100% of all proceeds will go to World Vision to help needy children across the globe.
