COMMERCE, Calif. — The L.H. Dottie Company is proud to announce that Roger Smith has been promoted to National Sales Manager. Smith will oversee a team of regional sales managers, representatives, and account managers across the country.
Formerly he served as the Western Regional Sales Manager and has been instrumental in fostering strong relationships with our distributors.
He joined the company in July of 1994 and has held key sales positions each with increasing leadership responsibilities beginning as an Account Manager in Southern California, and promoted to Western Regional Sales Manager in 2005.
Doug Moore, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Dottie said, “As we continue to enhance our sales model to serve our customers we are confident Roger will lead this effort. His 23 years of field sales experience will be invaluable in his new role.”
