WEST HARTFORD, Conn. — Legrand, North and Central America (LNCA) recently announced that it has completed its acquisition of Finelite, a leading designer and manufacturer of high performance, environmentally sustainable lighting solutions and products for commercial, educational and healthcare facilities. Finelite will operate as a stand-alone company within LNCA.
The acquisition was announced in Legrand’s 2017 First Quarter results.
