Legrand Promotes Greg Kozniewski, Don Torrant Retires

Greg Kozniewski

Legrand announces the promotion of Greg Kozniewski to Director of Channel Marketing, Electrical Wiring Systems Division. Kozniewski has been with Legrand since 2010 and previously held the role of Senior Marketing Communications Manager, supporting Legrand’s commercial and industrial segments.

In his new role, Kozniewski will lead Channel Marketing for Legrand’s Electrical Wiring Systems Division, including managing and evolving each of Legrand’s channel partnership programs and marketing initiatives for the Cablofil®, Pass & Seymour®, Wiremold® and the On-Q® product lines in electrical distribution. He will report directly to Scott Bausch, VP of Marketing.

Don Torrant

In conjunction with Kozniewski’s promotion, Legrand announces Don Torrant’s retirement. Torrant’s retirement comes after 25 years at Legrand, where he helmed and supported various company milestones, including the brand transition of Cablofil, Pass & Seymour and Wiremold into the Legrand brand. Torrant most recently held the role of Director of Market Development and Channel Strategy. For the past five years, Torrant led Legrand’s annual distributor marketing advisory council (now going into its fifth year) and worked closely with Kozniewski to develop and grow Legrand’s marketing programs.

Long-time supporters of tED Magazine, Torrant championed the annual “Best of the Best Awards” program at its inception, and together with Kozniewski, provided leadership for Legrand’s program wins in the competition, including “Best Overall Manufacturer” for three out of seven years.
