CHICAGO — Littelfuse, Inc. was recently recognized as one of America’s Best Mid-Sized Companies in 2022 by Forbes magazine.
“We are proud to be recognized by Forbes as one of the best mid-sized companies in America,” said Dave Heinzmann, Littelfuse President and Chief Executive Officer. “I would like to thank the global Littelfuse team for their unwavering commitment, and hard work, to significantly grow our company. This recognition highlights the great teamwork and execution of our associates around the world and their focus on delivering the highest levels of quality and service for our customers — everywhere, every day.”
To find the best performers, Forbes used data from FactSet to compile its annual list of America’s Best Mid-Sized Companies. Forbes screened more than 1,000 companies with a market value between $2 billion and $10 billion to find 599 companies that also had positive sales growth over the past 12 months and a share price of at least $5. Financial institutions, REITs, utilities, and limited partnerships were excluded, as were companies that have been public for less than one year.
The top 100 ranking is based on earnings growth, sales growth, return on equity, and total stock return for the latest 12 months available and over the last five years. Forbes gave more weight to the latest year’s data in the ranking. All data is as of January 18, 2022.
Littelfuse ranked #77.
