LumenOptix has appointed Bill Rymer to the position of chief financial officer.
Rymer has more than 20 years of experience in financial and operational management.
He has previously held CFO positions at MTI Information Technologies, Constar International and American Pacific Enterprises.

LumenOptix also recently appointed Yoram Weiss to the position of director of product development and technology.
Weiss has 35 years of experience in high-level technical roles. He previously worked for Gardco Lighting, Peerless Lighting and Insight Lighting.
Weiss most recently spent the last 10 years working as director of engineering and technology for Simkar Lighting.
