Lunera Names Vincent Rérolle as Senior VP Business Development

SANTA CLARA, Calif.—Today, Lunera named Vincent Rérolle, senior vice president of business development. Rérolle's proven success at architecting impactful Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business and technology partnerships will enable Lunera to deliver services in the areas of energy, property, and resource management that the Smart Building Services market has not yet conceived.

Rérolle has built some of the most robust partner ecosystems in IT and has been at the forefront of some of the most significant M&As the industry has witnessed. He brings more than 25 years of software and technology experience, with a track record of growth and new business development in public and private companies. At Lunera, Rérolle is responsible for strategic partnerships, technology alliances, mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Lunera, Rérolle was vice president of strategy and corporate development of Barco's Enterprise Division, focusing on the IoT for Meeting Experiences. Before that, Rérolle ran corporate development at two SaaS companies. Rérolle also spent six years commercializing open source software as president of MontaVista and as general manager of Linux at Wind Rive r (acquired by Intel). Prior to these positions, Rérolle drove the growth and transformation of Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP) through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Rérolle holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in computer science from ENST Paris.
