tED magazine is continuing its series of episodes introducing you to the 2023 tED magazine “30 Under 35” award winners.
Jared Rentmeester is a Purchasing Manager at Werner Electric Supply while Couper Fosvik is a Field Account Manager for Viking Electric. Coincidentally, both live in Wisconsin.
While on the podcast, Jared and Couper talked about how they got started in the industry, the importance of training and mentorship to help them launch their careers, and how they see leadership shaping up for the next generations.
