Meet the 30 Under 35 With Mason Coudron and Shelby Petty

Once again this year, we are continuing our series of “Meet the tED magazine 30 Under 35″ award winners podcasts on DistributED with tED magazine.

Mason Coudron is a Supplier Program Manager at DSG, and Shelby Petty is the Digital Operations Manager at Capital Electric. Both earned the “30 Under 35” award this year. They will be honored at the NAED LEAD Conference, taking place from October 13-15 in Atlanta, Georgia. Registration for the conference is now open at www.naed.org/lead.

Coudron and Petty joined the podcast to talk about what drew them to join our supply chain out of college when they had other opportunities, how much they value the opportunity to receive training while growing in their careers, and the leadership skills that will be necessary to remain successful.
