Samantha Childress is the Director of Microgrid Partner Strategy and Alex Palmer is a Geographic Sales Engineer at Schneider Electric.
Childress and Palmer discussed their paths into our supply chain, including Palmer’s journey by way of the United States Marine Corps. They also discussed the value they see in being allowed time for additional training and workforce development, and the leadership that will be needed to push our supply chain into the future and retain top talent.
Childress and Palmer will receive their tED magazine 30 Under 35 awards at the NAED LEAD Conference, taking place from October 13-15 in Atlanta, Georgia. Registration for the conference is now open at www.naed.org/lead.
