KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Milbank Manufacturing announces the promotion of Adrienne Sander to Vice President of Sales, effective June 25, 2021. Sander joined Milbank in 2019, serving as North Central Regional Sales Manager before becoming Director of Sales and then to her most recent role of General Manager of Sales – Enclosed Controls and Core Products.
Sander has contributed greatly to Milbank by leading cross functional teams within customer service, technical sales/quotations, and data analytics, developing product strategies, and being a successful liaison between sales and manufacturing.
Sander has over 15 years of sales leadership experience in the electrical industry serving industrial, commercial and residential markets. Prior to her tenure at Milbank, Sander’s previous experience includes progressive roles as Northeast Regional Industrial Sales Manager, National OEM Sales Manager and US Sales Manager- East at Intermatic, Inc. as well as Engineering and Sales roles at General Electric.
As Vice President of Sales, Sander will lead the sales team in growing market share, increasing profitability for Milbank products while working to expand Milbank’s reach in new and existing markets.
Sander received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Ohio University. She resides in Parkville, Missouri with her husband, Jeff, and their three children. In her free time, Sander enjoys listening to True Crime podcasts, being a Home Chef gourmet, as well as volunteering and coaching many of her children’s activities.
