HAMPSHIRE, Ill. – Minerallac Company is pleased to announce a key leadership transition effective July 1, 2025. Jim Hlavacek, currently serving as President of Minerallac Company, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. In conjunction with this move, Bryan Cygan, currently serving as Executive Vice President, will be promoted to President.
Bryan Cygan has more than 25 years of experience with Minerallac Company, during which he has held several vital management positions and played an instrumental role in the company’s growth and strategic direction.
“Bryan understands our mission, vision, and our culture at Minerallac as well as anyone because he helped create them,” said Jim Hlavacek. “His deep knowledge of our operations, values, and long-term goals make him the ideal leader to guide Minerallac into the future.”
