The Manufacturers Representatives Educational Research Foundation (MRERF) and the Institute For Professional Advancement (IPA) have appointed Liz Beerman as the new Executive Director.
Beerman comes to the foundation with vast experience in the sales channel, education, and training. She has shown a steadfast commitment to educational excellence. Beerman was with Arrow Electronics for 11 years, with responsibilities ranging from product management and marketing to creating and delivering customized training programs. Following her time at Arrow, she spent almost 10 years with the KLA Group where she designed, delivered, and implemented training programs worldwide, the majority of which were for Hewlett Packard.
“I am so excited to welcome Liz to the MRERF/IPA team. Liz is a perfect fit for MRERF/IPA and will be a great leader for the future of the organization and its’ programs. I am delighted to be working with her over the next few months to transfer any and all knowledge necessary. Under the leadership of Liz Beerman, the priority of meeting our constituents’ educational needs will remain our guiding principal,” says Susannah Hart, interim executive director.
