To provide some answers, we invite all NAED distributor companies to participate in the 2023 HR & Training Survey. Last conducted in 2021, this survey is designed to learn more about HR practices, onboarding programs, professional development approaches, and organizational statistics. Previous results revealed that distributors had nearly a 16% turnover rate and that less than $250 was spent on training annually per employee. Have those numbers increased or decreased in 2023?
