ST. LOUIS – NAED is pleased to announce that Catherine Viglione has been promoted to Vice President of Member Engagement and Operations. Viglione is an accomplished executive with more than 18 years of experience in leading member engagement, organizational operations, and strategic initiatives across multiple industries.
In her current role, Viglione will drive NAED’s strategic vision to engage and retain members while overseeing operational excellence across various departments. Catherine combines a results-driven approach with an innovative mindset to enhance member value, optimize operational efficiencies, and expand organizational impact.
Before stepping into the Vice President role, Catherine served as Director of Member Engagement, where she introduced a strategic selling process that broadened NAED’s reach within complex member organizations and increased engagement across NAED’s product portfolio. Her roles at NAED have also included oversight of technology, marketing, conferences, and the education teams.
