For the first time in three years, NAED will be hosting an in-person National Meeting on May 17-20 at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Registration for the National Meeting is now open.
Peter Zeihan, an expert in Geopolitics, returns as this year’s keynote speaker. NAED hosted Zeihan at its virtual National Meeting in 2021 and invited him to return to show us how events throughout the world are impacting our financial, economic, cultural, political, and military developments.
Dr. Bill Conerly, a business-focused economist, Forbes Magazine contributor, and Duke University Ph.D. will follow Zeihan’s keynote presentation. Dr. Conerly will connect the dots between the economy and your business decisions.
At this year’s NAED National Meeting, the association will focus on the “Connected Industry of the Future” with a panel discussion on what distributors are going to need to keep up with customer demands and digital opportunities in the not-too-distant future. Another panel will focus on what the next generation of leadership believes will be necessary to stay on top of digitization and technology needs.
And for the first time in three years, NAED will hand out its Annual Awards, including Hooper Award recipient Larry Stern of Standard Electric Supply Company and nearly a dozen Honorary Life Award recipients at the Chairman’s Award Banquet.
The Early Bird cutoff for the NAED National Meeting is April 22.
In addition, you can purchase a Strategic Planning Booth until May 2. There will be no timed appointments at this year’s NAED National Meeting, so you may set appointments for any length of time. Booths will be available on Wednesday and Thursday, May 18 and 19 from 11:30 am – 5:00 pm.
