David Meade will serve as emcee, guiding attendees through the Convention and presenting on topics such as leading and selling in a virtual environment, the psychology of persuasion, and body language.

Additionally, through the NECA 2020 LIVE virtual platform, attendees can experience archived recordings available for viewing 30 days after the fact.

General session speakers will be Victoria Arlen, gold medal-winning Paralympic athlete and ESPN host, and Retired Lieutenant General Nadja West, the first African American Army Surgeon General. Additionally, David Long will sit down for a fireside chat that will cover a range of topics including labor relations, diversity and inclusion in the electrical construction industry, future education, the innovative research going on at ELECTRI International, the latest effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, and more.
