NECA Disaster Relief Fund Calls for Contributions

NECA has released a call for donations following the latest disasters to hit the U.S.:

In 2005, the NECA Disaster Relief Fund was established following the destruction of Hurricane Katrina, as a tool so electrical contractors and NECA Chapters can help others in their industry recently impacted by natural disasters. Now, we are asking for your assistance to help your fellow contractors recently impacted by Hurricane Laura, and by fires on the West Coast.

Laura recently devastated areas around the Gulf of Mexico, leaving widespread damage in its wake and causing the area’s electrical contractors to face an uncertain future. Now, we at NECA are calling for donations to help get these essential companies back on their feet, and return power to the regions so devastated by these disasters.

The NECA Disaster Relief Fund is administered by ELECTRI International – The Foundation for Electrical Construction. Donations can be made at https://electri.org/neca-disaster-relief-fund/.

Checks can also be mailed to the following address. Please include “NECA Disaster Relief Fund” in the notes section of the check:

ELECTRI International
1201 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, 12th Floor
Washington, D.C. 20004

Donors may also call (301) 215-4509 to make a donation via credit card.

Thank you for helping your fellow electrical contractors in their time of need. Together, we can continue to empower lives and communities all across the United States.
